Monita Canapes Starter: Quick Aloo Chaat Recipe
This is a popular, vibrant starter that can be assembled in minutes using Monita shells.

- Spoon a small amount of the potato mixture into each basket.
- Tip: If the shells feel soft, microwave them for 30–60 seconds or air fry briefly to restore maximum crispiness before filling.

- Drizzle a dash of green mint chutney and sweet tamarind chutney over the filling.
- Top with a generous sprinkle of plain sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) and fresh coriander leaves.
